Termination

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Account Creation
Account Eligibility
To use certain features of Chase EDU, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or if you are under the age of majority, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use Chase EDU.

Account Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Chase EDU immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Termination

Chase EDU reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Chase EDU reserves the right to remove or change any username or profile picture at its discretion.

Account Responsibilities

You agree not to create an account using a false identity or providing false credentials. You agree not to create an account or use the Service if you have been previously banned from using the Service.

User-Generated Content
Uploads and Responsibility
Users may upload text, images, videos, and other forms of content (“User Content”) to Chase EDU]. By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, submit, or display the content on Chase EDU.

License Grant to Website

By uploading User Content, you grant Chase EDU a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with Chase EDU] and its successors. This license continues even if you stop using our Services.

Content Review

Chase EDU reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion and without notice to you.

Reporting Infringements

If you believe that any User Content infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the necessary information required by the DMCA.

Purchasing Services
Service Descriptions
Chase EDU endeavors to describe and display its services as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are completely accurate, current, or error-free. In the event of an inaccuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information about the services is inaccurate without prior notice.

Service Availability

All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit or refuse any order or service request. We also reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time.

Pricing

Prices for services are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to your purchase of services.

Payment

Payment for services must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription Services

Subscription Plans

Chase EDU offers various subscription plans for our services. Details of what’s included in each plan, along with pricing, are available on our subscription page.

Subscription Renewal and Billing

By choosing a subscription plan, you agree to pay Chase EDU the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for the subscription and will cover the use of that service for the duration specified.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You authorize Chase EDU to charge your preferred payment method for the renewal unless you cancel your subscription.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, you’ll retain access to the subscription service until the end of that cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused days within your current billing cycle.

Free Trials

Chase EDU may, at its discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period. You are required to enter your billing details to start the free trial. Unless you cancel before the free trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee.

Price Changes

Chase EDU reserves the right to modify the subscription fees. Any price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription period. You will be informed of any fee changes before they are applied.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your subscription immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms in this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the subscription service will immediately cease.

Ownership of Content and Trademarks
Exclusive Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, software, and any other form of information found on Chase EDU, is the exclusive property of Chase EDU or its content suppliers and is

protected by international copyright laws, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. Unauthorized use of this content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on Chase EDU or in any content available through Chase EDU are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Chase EDU and may not be used unless expressly authorized by Chase EDU. While we appreciate your Feedback, users will not receive any credit or acknowledgment for any Feedback you provide. The decision to recognize or credit users for any Feedback remains at the sole discretion of Chase EDU.

Chase EDU shall be free to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display, and distribute any Feedback you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. Promotions and Discounts
General
From time to time, Chase EDU may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers (collectively, “Promotions”). These Promotions may be subject to specific terms, conditions, and restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the Promotion is announced.

Eligibility

Promotions are available only to eligible users, as defined by the specific terms of each Promotion. Chase EDU reserves the right to determine and modify user eligibility criteria at its discretion.

Limited Time Offer

Unless otherwise specified, Promotions are for a limited time only. All start and end times for Promotions will be based on the local time in Thailand. It’s the user’s responsibility to ensure they redeem or apply promotions within the stipulated time frame.

Restrictions

Promotions may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions, unless expressly stated otherwise. Only one Promotion can be used per order or purchase, unless otherwise indicated.

Code Usage

If a promotional code is provided for a Promotion, it must be entered at the checkout process or the designated area to redeem the Promotion. Failure to enter the promotional code will result in the Promotion not being applied. Promotional codes are for single use only, unless otherwise specified.

Reservation of Rights

Chase EDU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without notice, at its sole discretion. In the event a Promotion is terminated prematurely, Chase EDU will not be obligated to honor pending promotions or discounts.

No Cash Value

Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent. They cannot be applied to past purchases.

Returns

If you return or seek a refund for any item purchased using a Promotion, the Promotion will be factored into the amount of your return or refund. Specific return policies may apply to items purchased under a Promotion.

Cancellation of Services and Returns
Cancellation of Services
User Initiated Cancellation: Users may cancel any service subscription or one-time service by logging into their account and following the cancellation procedures or by contacting Chase EDU’s customer support. Such cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.

Company Initiated Cancellation: Chase EDU reserves the right to cancel a service or subscription at its sole discretion. In the event Chase EDU cancels a service or subscription, users will be notified and, if applicable, pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service.

No Refunds after Cancellation: Once a service is canceled, no refunds will be provided for any used portion of the service, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement or required by applicable law.

Returns

Return Eligibility: Only Services that have been rendered undeliverable for any reason after purchase are eligible for refund. Digital products and other non-tangible items are eligible.

Return Period: The Customer has 5 days to reschedule or reclaim an undelivered service before a refund is automatically processed. The Customer also reserves the right to request a refund for said undelivered service within that 5 day period.

Return Process: To initiate a return, users must contact Chase EDU’s customer support.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
